The Technology and Manufacturing Summit will highlight the technology supporting Pennsylvania's manufacturing industry, how technology is transforming manufacturing operations into more efficient, productive and competitive operations with increased cyber-security, and the growing needs for a highly skilled manufacturing workforce.

Confirmed speakers and presenting companies to date, include:
- Samuel Bower, McKonly & Asbury. For more than 30 years McKonly & Asbury has provided leading accounting and consulting services, with a strong representation of manufacturing clients. In this new post-SOX area of corporate reporting, Mr. Bower will address the topic of fraud and the risks and repercussions of information technology fraud including areas of greatest risk, as well as the need for good controls, and responsibilities of different areas within the environment to mitigate these risks. - John Torres-Technisource. Formerly known as Intellimark; Technisource is one of the largest IT solutions companies in the nation, with local operations in Mechanicsburg, PA. Technisource is nationally-recognized for its RFID expertise. - Craig Petrasic, Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED). DCED is the state's economic development agency providing a toolbox of resources available for Pennsylvania's manufacturing industry. - Patrick Meese, MANTEC. A non-profit organization specifically targeting the manufacturing industry, MANTEC helps manufacturing companies secure funding and resources to introduce productivity improvements and competitiveness enhancements to their manufacturing operations. - Scott Sheely, Lancaster County Workforce Investment Board (WIB). Mr. Sheely has helped lead Pennsylvania Industry-cluster activities, advocating for incumbent worker training in targeted industry clusters. Mr. Sheely's WIB continues to deploy innovative ways to assist Pennsylvania's manufacturing base, especially Pennsylvania's strong food manufacturing industry. - Kelly Lewis, Esq., President & CEO Technology Council of Central Pennsylvania. Former State Representative Lewis, one of the leading advocates for advanced technology and telecommunication's deployments in Pennsylvania shall MC and lead the Technology and Manufacturing Summit.
